I struggle to drink enough water. There are days where I don't drink anything between my morning coffee and the time I get home. Clearly this is bad for my health, skin, and metabolism.
To overcome this challenge, I schedule out how much water I should drink my what time.
Total water needed: 64 oz
Divided by small (attainable) 8oz cups: 8 cups
Space them out:
-- 1c when I wake up
-- 1c by 10am
-- 2c with lunch
-- 1c by 2pm
-- 1c by 4pm
-- 2c with dinner
My micro goal is to get to bed earlier. I realize from looking at your post that probably the reason I haven't achieved my goal is I don't have a concrete plan. I guess that's goal setting 101 - a class I apparently missed.
